This affordable housing program is for individuals and families with moderate incomes allowing below market rents for those who qualify. The program is not a subsidized housing program as each resident is responsible for their full amount of rent each month. Rental amounts are based on the pre-set income limits in the geographic area and not based on your individual household income. To be income eligible, your total household 'gross' income must be less than the pre-set income limit for the area.
Eligibility and maximum income restrictions apply. Rental Assistance may be available. Inquire with the manager as to income limits, current rental rates and information regarding the subsidy programs at this property.

Provides a low income residence for independently living seniors. The buildings are designed to complement one other as well as the Dublin Senior Center. Located next to shopping centers, restaurants, a medical center and park, the combination of housing and services creates an ideal setting for senior living.
Each of the four-story buildings has elevators and are built over a parking garage. All units have full kitchens, a "front porch" on the central corridor and a private balcony offering views of the surrounding hills. This area has well-lit, tree-lined streets that are great for walking, access to local grocery stores and nearby highways.
The common area in the center of these buildings includes a reception area and an outdoor deck with trellised terrace. The laundry, community room and lounge are on the fourth floor. Raised planter beds are located on the sunny south side of the building.

Accepts Housing Choice Vounchers
