Occupancy in Section 202 housing is open to any very low-income household comprised of at least one person who is at least 62 years old at the time of initial occupancy.

St. Lukes Apartments, LLC is a 25-unit affordable housing community for persons age 62 and older or have need of a unit adapted for persons with disabilities locating in the heart of Middletown.
The community includes 21 one-bedroom apartments with kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living/dining area and 4 studio units with full kitchen, bathroom and a combined sleeping/living room area. All residents must meet income restrictions as established by HUD. Rents are 30% of monthly adjusted household income and include heat, hot water, electricity and central air conditioning. Telephone and cable service is not provided.
Legislation requires this site to target 40% of annual vacancies to persons at or below 30% of median income.
St. Lukes Apartments, LLC is owned by the non-profit St. Lukes HOME, INC.

This apartment accepts HUD subsidies. For HUD subsidized apartments, if you qualify for low income housing and they have available apartments, rent is based on 30% of your Adjusted Gross Income. Call for details.
