Kimberly Place Apartments provides Section 42, LIHTC (Low Income Tax Credit) apartment properties. rents are based upon the Area Medium Income (AMI) and tenant based utility allowances. At least 20% of these apartments (listed below), must provide these low rates for low-income tenants.

Community amenities include a resident lounge, fitness center, library, laundry room and second floor terrace. Additionally, there is an outdoor patio that is ideal for barbeques. The local grocery store is just a quick walk away.
Located on Main Street, we are on the bus line and within walking distance to several pharmacies and shops, and across the street from urgent care and banks.
Our community is subsidized by Section 8, and in January of 2005 was placed in service as a Tax Credit community. To be eligible, one must be 62 years of age or older, or disabled, and meet income guidelines.

This apartment accepts HUD subsidies. For HUD subsidized apartments, if you qualify for low income housing and they have available apartments, rent is based on 30% of your Adjusted Gross Income. Call for details.
