Schoolhouse Apartments is a three story renovated school building. It has 30 one-bedroom apartments and 10 efficiency apts., which are served by one elevator. This facility includes a lobby, community room, computer room, laundry, offices, and maintenance areas. There is a secure entry system located in the lobby of the building.
There is a small amount of resident bulk storage. Schoolhouse is a smoke free, pet friendly community. There is a laundry room located on the main floor with four washing machines and four dryers.
Parking is available for residents and visitors in an outdoor lot. We are located close to downtown, the train station and stores.

This apartment accepts HUD subsidies. For HUD subsidized apartments, if you qualify for low income housing and they have available apartments, rent is based on 30% of your Adjusted Gross Income. Call for details.
