Eggerts Crossing Village (ECV) is a residential apartment community consisting of townhouses and garden apartments.

ECV is located on 25 acres in Mercer County, New Jersey, and was the first subsidized family rental housing development in Lawrence Township.

The local school system offers a special Every Child Valued after school program onsite for children in grades K-6.  

Every Child Valued provides homework support, a fine arts program, and a summer program.  

Eggerts Crossing Village is a 100 unit family housing complex consisting of 1- to 5-bedroom townhouses for individuals and families.

Sixty of the units are rented at market rate.

The remainder of the units have a contract with HUD (US Dept. of Housing and Urban Development) for subsidies for forty (40) Units.

The household income may not exceed the limit as published annually by HUD.
