Services: Shared living residence for eight adults with disabilities who are self- directed and mentally competent. HUD very low income standards apply.

Eligibility Criteria: Mentally competent, self-directed adults with severe physical disabilities that cannot be substantially eliminated through generally accepted medical procedures; unable to live alone and require some assistance with daily activities; show evidence of motivation and ability to participate in community living; capable of self-evacuation with or without assistive devices; not receiving services from DDD; not in need of nursing services; and meet HUD guidelines for very low income.

This apartment accepts HUD subsidies. For HUD subsidized apartments, if you qualify for low income housing and they have available apartments, rent is based on 30% of your Adjusted Gross Income. Call for details.
