Yes, if your income isn't very low because again tentant is responsible for paying their own electric bill which is a down side if you are living on a low fixed income then I would say no as Saranac Lake as beautiful as it is gets very cold in the winter and electric heat is very expensive. New York State in general is taxed very high and it's shameful that all of the utilities aren't included for low income seniors/disabled

No, tentant is responsible for paying their own electric bill which is bad when you have seniors and disabled people living on low fixed incomes
