We are a 212 unit multi-family Section 8 property comprised of 47 one bedrooms, 107 two bedrooms, 30 three bedrooms and 28 four bedrooms. 

Rent is based on 30% of the household's gross income and all utilities are included.

  All 2, 3 and 4 bedroom units come with washer and gas dryer hook-ups in a full basement. 

Onsite, there is The Don Allen Child Care Center.  

Heritage Park is currently taking applications for all size units for the waiting list. 

They also require criminal background checks from ALL locations in which an applicant or household member over age 18 has resided in for the past 5 years. 

Any location other than Elmira or Chemung County must be attached with the application at time of submittal.
