Commons of Saxonburg provides affordable housing for Seniors.  Presbyterian SeniorCare and its affiliate, SeniorCare Network, in conjunction with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, have created Commons of Saxonburg for seniors 62 and older or mobility-impaired adults 18 or older who qualify based on their income.

Residents of Commons of Saxonburg must meet certain eligibility requirements and pay 30% of their adjusted gross income for rent.

Commons of Saxonburg offers a 2-story walk-in design for its 26 one-bedroom units.

Most utilities are included in the rent and residents enjoy a convenient location close to the post office, banks and the library.

There is an on-site Service Coordination to connect residents with needed support.
