Are these apartments safe? Family Friendly?


Very safe. We havenot had the police on site for any crime issues in many years. Management works hard to engage kids in acitviities

Are pets allowed here? What types?


we allow birds and fish. True ADA compliant service anaimls are also permitted. We do allow dogs and cats only as Support/Assistive animlas and special paperwork and medical doumentation must be secured BEFORE you sign a lease.

Would you recommend someone move here?


yes...far better housing than most of the other local sites. We currently hold a 97% rating with HUD in terms of cleanliness, safety, management and liveability!!!

Are utilities included in the price?


rent includes all utilities except electric. Depending on your income level, you may be elligible to get a monthly check (paid on a pre-loaded credit card) of up to $177 to help you pay your electric expenses.
