Centre Towne is a low income apartment for those who are elderly or disabled and on a fixed income. 

Residents must be 62 years of age, or disabled as defined by the Social Security Administration.

All apartments are subsidized by the Office of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The family income must be below a specified limit.

Extremely low income applicants may receive priority.

Rent is 30% of adjusted gross income.

Adjusted gross income is defined as all income (ie. Social Security, interest, dividends, retirement) minus nearly all out-of-pocket medical expenses (ie. prescription drugs, doctor visits, health insurance premiums).
