Residents must be at least 62 years old or at least 18 years old and in need of a handicap-accessible apartment. Your present income cannot exceed limits set by the Department of Housing and Urban Development. 
Schwenckfeld Manor has over 220 one-bedroom and studio apartments situated in 3 inter-connected buildings. There are efficiencies, small 1-bedroom and large 1-bedroom apartments.  They offer spacious living with a variety of features  full-size kitchen and bath, individually controlled heating and cooling, state-of-the-art emergency call and fire alarm systems, ample closet space in-suite and bonus storage locker.  Handicap-accessible apartments are available upon verification of medical need. Schwenckfeld Manor is a non-smoking community.
