Yes very little are occupied right now and recently renovated construction started last year and recently ended I am moving in on the 10th if nov

The background check was run for the past 3yrs I think... I had a 7yr old misdemeanor and over 10yr old felony but was still approved

yes very nice small community and friendly staff (Jackie office manager) also newly remodeled so you will be moving into basically a new apartment
