Scott Hill has two distinct residences within the greater community: Briarcliffe Residences and Ridgeview Residences. Briarcliffe features one-bedroom apartments, while one- and two-bedroom options are found in Ridgeview. Click on the images below to see an enlarged version of each apartment. Large, thermal-pane windows in every apartment allow for plenty of natural light and beautiful views of the surrounding Blue Ridge Mountains, the Jackson River, and historic Clifton Forge railroad.

This apartment accepts HUD subsidies. For HUD subsidized apartments, if you qualify for low income housing and they have available apartments, rent is based on 30% of your Adjusted Gross Income. Call for details.
