Colony Manor Apartments is a Westminster property that consists of 28 spacious apartments. We have two and three bedroom apartments. All of our three bedroom apartments are town homes. We are conveniently located near the bus line as well as many shopping centers. All 28 apartments are HUD subsidized. Applications are located outside the rental office at Colony for your convenience or call the rental office and we will be happy to mail an application to you. We look forward to working with you!
