Rental Requirements:
We ask that applicants to Fairfield Garden Court complete a rental application packet. The packet includes an application, credit check, police check, consent to release form, sex offender check, previous 3 years of landlord history verification and any other items that may pertain to the applicant. Our residents must meet income guidelines and rental criteria.
Rental Rates:
Rents are based on 30% of a resident's adjusted income. Please contact our rental office and speak with our friendly and knowledgeable staff for annual income limits.

Thursday: 8:30 AM-11:30 AM

This apartment accepts HUD subsidies. For HUD subsidized apartments, if you qualify for low income housing and they have available apartments, rent is based on 30% of your Adjusted Gross Income. Call for details.
