LaSalle Park Homes are a Department of Housing and Urban Development subsidized, multi-family, 150 unit housing development of garden and town homes.
Amenities:
Gas, heat, electric, water, sewage, and trash are all conveniently included with the rent at LaSalle Park Homes. Laundry facilities and a community room were both added for resident use in 2013.

LaSalle Park Homes have 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom units to accommodate families of different sizes.
Location:
LaSalle Park Homes are conveniently located along the Transpo bus route and just 20 minutes to downtown South Bend. Charles Black Recreation Center and LaSalle Park are both within walking distance.
Rental Requirements:
We ask that applicants to LaSalle Park Homes complete a rental application packet. The packet includes an application, credit check, police check, sex offender check, previous 3 years of landlord history verification and any other items that may pertain to the applicant. Applicants must meet income guidelines and rental criteria, and be at least 18 years of age or older.
Rental Rates:
Rents are based on 30% of a resident's adjusted income. Please contact our rental office and speak with our friendly and knowledgeable staff for annual income limits.

This apartment accepts HUD subsidies.
For HUD subsidized apartments, if you qualify for low income housing and they have available apartments, rent is based on 30% of your Adjusted Gross Income.
