Our community, a historic building, erected in 1923 offers studio, 1 bedroom, and 2 bedroom apartments with central heat and air conditioning, a kitchen equipped with oven/range with extractor hood, refrigerator, dishwasher, and a double basin sink with garbage disposal, and comes finished with carpet, vinyl and mini-blinds throughout. For your convenience, our building features an onsite laundry facility, off-street parking, and water and trash collection is included in your monthly rental rate.
