Edna High School is located behind Edna High School Stadium and offers all residents a "free" seasonal ticket for extracurricular activities.
Monday to Friday; friends of the elderly provide meals on wheels for the residents of the house.
The Friends of the Elders Senior Center Van arrives Monday to Friday for anyone who wants to go to the center for dinner.
On Tuesdays and Thursdays, they offer free bingo.
Residents can also arrange a van to pick up a store or make an appointment with a doctor by calling 361-782-5511 Jackson County Hospital and the Jackson County Medical Clinic.
Animals are welcome, but a deposit is required and there are restrictions on size.
