Holly Park Apartments are situated on two sites Holly Park and Holly Park West. The two sites consists of 168 one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments for low-income families. The apartments were originally built in 1975 and acquired by Mercy Housing in 1998 and have been extensively refurbished since then. There is also a shared Community Center, that was built in 2009.

Please call each property directly if you or your family would like to rent a low-income apartment home at one of Mercy Housing's communities. When you call, the property staff can answer questions regarding apartment availability, rent, income requirements or restrictions and how to obtain an application for housing.

This apartment accepts HUD subsidies. For HUD subsidized apartments, if you qualify for low income housing and they have available apartments, rent is based on 30% of your Adjusted Gross Income. Call for details.
