Beaumont Terrace Co-op is a gated affordable senior housing community located in the beautiful city of Beaumont, east of Los Angeles, northeast of Orange County and thirty miles west of Palm Springs, California.
Beaumont is home to the annual Cherry Festival in June. This area is nestled in a valley surrounded by fruit orchards and mountains.
