Multi-family dwelling located in downtown Stockton. The plaza is comprised of two separate buildings. For more than 40 years we have been providing affordable housing for low income families. Just south of the plaza Greyhound Bus Station and to the east is the Stockton Police Department.
Each unit has a kitchen equipped with an electric stove, refrigerator/freezer, and a garbage disposal. There is a full bathroom and generous closet space. Outlets for telephone and cable television are installed in each apartment. Water, sewer and garbage are all included at no cost.
Three newly decorated and installed laundry rooms are available on the third, seventh and ninth floor. Garbage chutes are located at the end of the hall in every floor.

This apartment accepts HUD subsidies. For HUD subsidized apartments, if you qualify for low income housing and they have available apartments, rent is based on 30% of your Adjusted Gross Income. Call for details.
