Garden Court/Mike Foye Apartments in Walla Walla are two-story buildings connected by a second floor walkway. Together, the buildings offer 47 air-conditioned units -- some of which are accessible for the mobility-impaired. All second floor apartments have access to the elevator in Garden Court.
Special Eligibility: Housing for seniors 62 or older or disabled.
All units offer HUD project based subsidy so your rent will be based on 30% of your adjusted income. Service coordinator.
