Brand New Day, Inc.'s mission is to enhance the quality of life for low-to-moderate-income individuals, youth and families through the development, management and preservation of affordable housing, promoting neighborhood based education, economic development and advocating for social equality in the state of New Jersey.
Brand New Day (BND) is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit community development corporation incorporated in 1985 by diverse members of the community and the Board and Executive Director of Elizabethport Presbyterian Center. Brand New Day (BND) provides programs and services that are in demand from individuals, families, renters, homeowners, micro-businesses and supporters of the low to moderate-income population.
The targeted service areas for Brand New Day include the Counties of Union and Essex with a specific targeted focus on Elizabeth, Irvington, and East Orange.
