Cheshire Housing Trust Owns and manages 63 affordable apartments in the following buildings:
Eighteen rooms and one apartment in the Hampshire House, a historic rooming house located near downtown Keene.
Twenty apartments at five different locations in Keene
Five apartments leased to Southwestern Community Services and used for the transitional housing program.
Ten apartments at three locations in Marlborough.
Nine apartments in the rehabilitated former Hinsdale High School.

Cheshire Housing Trust is a nonprofit organization and a member of the Monadnock United Way. It obtains its funding from rents, United Way funds, and donations. It has an active board which seeks to reduce costs by organizing volunteer maintenance work.
