City of Miami Community Development Apartment Details

City of Miami Community Development provides housing assistance to low income residents through the management of the areas Housing Choice Voucher Program - Section 8. This program is income based and eligibility requirements are set by HUD. There may be a waiting list for vouchers and at times the list may close to new applicants due to the overwhelming need for housing assistance and the size of the waiting list. At the time of this listing last update, July 2011 the waiting list was closed. If you are in need of housing assistance please contact them directly to obtain more information about eligibility requirements, availability of assistance, the status of any waiting lists and their application procedures.
