Donald F. Scott Villas" is a Family Turnkey Development Project, comprised of 8 one bedroom, 12 two bedroom, 17 three bedroom, 10 four bedroom and 3 five bedroom units and is located at 425 West 25th Street, Hialeah, Florida. "Donald F. Scott Villas" was previously known as "Seminola Villas". A community activitist named Donald F. Scott was a resident in the Seminola area and through his hard work and efforts, accomplished so much for his community and the residents of "Seminola Villas", especially for the children at Christmas time. Mr. Scott became an employee of the Housing Authority for a short period of time until he became ill and could no longer work. He fought a serious battle of Cancer and still managed to work for the betterment of his community until his demise. The Hialeah Housing Authority honored him by renaming the project"Donald F. Scott Villas". The construction of"Donald F. Scott Villas" was completed in January of 1972.
