Forest Park Manor provides rental assistance to low income residents through the management of Low Rent Public Housing and the Housing Choice Voucher Program - Section 8. These programs are income based and the eligibility guidelines are set bu HUD.  There may be waiting lists for vouchers or rentals due to the overwhelming need for housing assistance and at times these lists close to new applicants based on the size of and length of wait on the lists. They currently manage 86 Public Housing rentals located in 7 counties .
