Kavod Senior Life (Kavod) offers affordable senior housing and assisted living services and has been subsidized by the Housing and Urban Development Division.
All utilities included in rental price with the exception of cable and phone utilities.

There are 355 HUD subsidized units with a wait list and mandatory meal program. Individuals much be age 62 or older or have a qualifying mobility impairment. Applications may be obtained through mail, email, web download or from the front desk.
