Luna County Housing Corporation provides affordable housing and housing resources to low and moderate income residents by partnering with established experts to bring quality housing programs and projects to Luna, Hidalgo and Grant Counties.
Home rehabilitation assistance for home owners at 50% or below of the Average Median Income (AMI) for Luna, Hidalgo and Grant Counties.
Applications for home rehabilitation can be downloaded here.
Credit Counseling and Financial Planning. One-on-one counseling and workshops are offered.
Individual Development Account (IDA) for first time home buyer assistance, education, and small business development.
New single family affordable home construction for first time home buyers available in Deming.

Most low income apartments have waiting lists. Some of these lists can take years until you can be called for openings. The key is to try to get on as many waiting lists as possible.
