Are these apartments safe? Family Friendly?

Safe? Lead paint on walls under the 20,000 coats of paint on the walls, but I have fallen down the stairs in our 3 bedroom apartment, and the steps have rubber coverings which have come off while going down stairs and almost have hurt my kids

Pets are allowed for a pet deposit fee. Not sure about what pets, I do know there are certain pets not allowed.

If or when HUD approves the contract to rebuild and new homes are built then yes I would. The staff and the Maintenance staff are very friendly and will help you with any questions you may have. Also, the programs they have are great and they will help you better your education, career, credit, about almost anything
