It owns and manages Highland Apartments.
A non-profit organization, the Mondovi Housing Authority, owns and manages Highland Apartments to provide a safe and affordable home for the elderly, disabled, and other independent residents. Potential residents must apply for and obtain an income qualification. Rent is based on a percentage of income, not property, at medical cost. The rent includes heat, electricity, water/flush, and rubbish. Cable TV is available at a reduced rate ($60.00/mo.), and is in addition to the monthly rent. Telephone service is provided independently by each tenant and paid directly to the telephone service provider (not included in the monthly rent).
