Norwich Housing Authority Apartment Details

Norwich Housing Authority provides housing assistance to low income residents through the management of programs such as Low Rent Public Housing and the Housing Choice Voucher Program - Section 8.

These programs are income based and the eligibility requirements are set by HUD.

They have  scattered properties throughout Norwich, you would have to come to the main office ( 10 Westwood Park, Norwich, CT 06360 ) to inquire or apply.

Waiting List:

There may be a waiting list for vouchers or rentals and at times the lists may close to new applicants due to the overwhelming need for housing assistance and the long wait time for assistance for those already on the waiting lists.

As of December 18, 2018, the housing waiting list was currently open but the Section 8  waiting list is closed,  they have a shortage of applicants that qualify for their  State Elderly,  State Moderate and  State Affordable housing. Call for more information.
