No, you pay electric and if want cable or internet, that you extra. one a year certain internet companies offer reduced special deals but require you be on Food Stamps or Ssi to qualify.

No, you for pay electric and any other service you use, which usually requires a beginning security deposit of $250 or more except i think direct tv cheaper but i never used myself so dont know prices , most of pasco county is serviced by WREC ELECTRIC
