Philadelphia Housing Authority Apartment Details

The Philadelphia Housing Authority is the largest permanent housing program in Philadelphia. The authority is funded by HUD. There are two types housing available: conventional public housing and Section 8 housing. Conventional public housing is available in public housing developments throughout Philadelphia. The section 8 program involves rent subsidies to households in privately owned rental housing.
