Raul Martinez Pavilion is a public housing complex run by the Hialeah Housing Authority.
Raul Martinez Pavilion is a Family Development comprised of 60 three-bedroom units and is located at 6325 West 24th Avenue, Hialeah, Florida. The construction of "Project #16" was completed in December of 1994.
In December of 2005 the Development was renamed in honer of Raul L. Martinez, who served as Mayor of Hialeah from 1981 until his retirement in December of 2005. During his tenure, Mayor Martinez was an advocate of Affordable Housing and developed hundreds of new Affordable Housing units in the City of Hialeah.
