This affordable housing program is for individuals and families with moderate incomes allowing below market rents for those who qualify. The program is not a subsidized housing program as each resident is responsible for their full amount of rent each month. Rental amounts are based on the pre-set income limits in the geographic area and not based on your individual household income. To be income eligible, your total household 'gross' income must be less than the pre-set income limit for the area.

Silverado Creek was the third collaborative effort between BRIDGE and local nonprofit organization Napa Valley Community Housing.  Built on a 4.7-acre site in Napa, the 102-unit development boasts an excellent location near shopping, transportation, schools, and a hospital.  Care was taken to ensure that the architectural style and massing blended seamlessly with the market-rate, single-family subdivision built on adjacent land. Amenities include a central green and outdoor play area.
