Sonata at Riverpark is a 52-unit, tax credit community for low-income families, with one, two, and three bedroom units in its design.
The shared areas of this community feature a central courtyard with recreational space for children and sitting areas for the residents and a community room (for social activities) accessible from the courtyard, office space for on-site management staff. Laundry facilities and locked mailboxes are also amenities in this community.
Individual apartments have an "open plan" concept in the common areas to maximize the space and feel of the unit. The kitchens are generously sized with plenty of storage space and feature Energy Star appliances.
