Harrison Hotel Apartment Details

Shelter Plus Care: Fifty-nine (59) units are for residents who are homeless and disabled, as defined by the Shelter Plus Care program. Residents for these
units are referred directly by the Alameda County Housing & Community Development Department through Home Stretch.
State Multifamily Housing Program - Supportive Housing:
- Fifty-nine (59) units are for residents who qualify for Supportive Housing units, as defined by the State.
- Thirteen (13) units are for residents who qualify for Special Needs units, as defined by the State.
LHAP (Local Housing Assistance Program): Twenty-two (22) units are for residents who meet Oakland Housing Authority screening for this subsidy.
Applicants will be drawn off the Harrison Hotels existing waiting list and must meet the OHAs LHAP eligibility criteria,
