No Play ground equiptment has sharp edges and is in ill repair, A lady commited suicide in the pool and they never drained and cleaned it properly, and they have a major cochroach infestation in their air vents, braker box, and in the hollow underside of the cabinets. the railing are also loose on several buildings. Kids run around cussing and swearing at the top of their lungs all day with no supervision and their security gaurd is only there to protect their property and not you so if getting abused on the sidewalk doesn't hurt the sidewalk he can't do anything but watch. Also the gate makes it impossible for guests to come in and if it smashes your car because it's messed up they believe they are not liable.

No they have a cochroach infestation and will retaliate if you call code enforcement and they get a Notice of Violation they leave disabled vets and children to breathe large amounts of cochroaches and their feces and still demand full rent. Also they inspect almost weekly so they can claim every resident is dirty to avoid actually fixing the problem with a higher level of past control. They are also known to barge in whenever they want
