Colonia San Martin is comprised of 60 apartments and townhomes. Forty units are restricted to low-income persons/families with HIV/AIDS at or below 30% of Area Media Income (AMI). The other 20 units are restricted to low-income persons/families at or below 50% AMI. The project was developed in partnership with the AIDS Housing Alliance, which was intimately involved in the design and development process and provides resident services on an ongoing basis.
