Rents are based on income.
This affordable housing program is for individuals and families with moderate incomes allowing below market rents for those who qualify. The program is not a subsidized housing program as each resident is responsible for their full amount of rent each month. Rental amounts are based on the pre-set income limits in the geographic area and not based on your individual household income. To be income eligible, your total household 'gross' income must be less than the pre-set income limit for the area.
Eligibility and maximum income restrictions apply. Rental Assistance may be available. Inquire with the manager as to income limits, current rental rates and information regarding the subsidy programs at this property.

TIP: Knowing About LIHTC (Low Income Tax Credit) units for rent. Income from all of the adults expected to reside at this apartment must be included and verified at application time. Call for more details.

Are these apartments safe? Family Friendly?

There are no surveillance cameras anywhere and there are too many people living here that are not supposed to live here. Its for 55 and over. but that is not happening here. Anyone can follow you through the garage door and walk into the hallway with you. No-one should be able to use the elevators without a fob. That would add to safety

If they could get the cockroach problem solved and get rid of the many people living here, with older family members. posing as caregivers, that would be nice.
