Cuyahoga Metro Housing Authority Apartment Details

Provides safe, decent, affordable housing for eligible residents of the County. CMHA owns and manages a large number of family estates, senior and adult high-rise developments, and scattered site locations throughout the County.  Rent is generally 30% of the family's adjusted gross income, up to a flat ceiling rent for each unit. Main administrative office of CMHA. Serves Cuyahoga County, excluding Chagrin Falls Township, through two federally assisted housing programs: Low-Income Public Housing and Housing Choice Voucher Program (formerly Section 8). Owns and manages property and administers rent subsidy programs to provide safe, affordable housing for eligible low-income persons. Maintains an accredited police department to ensure safe places to live and work.

Office Hours: Residences operate 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week. For administrative purposes, office hours are M-F: 8:00am-4:00pm.
