Dodge Center HRA - Heritage Estate Apartment Details

Heritage Estate provides 1 bedroom apartments based on income. We give preferences on our wait list to elderly and disabled applicants, but any adult is welcome to apply.
Mission:
To serve the needs of residents of the Dodge County area by providing quality housing with rents based on household income. Elderly and disabled applicants will receive preference on the waiting list according to our Occupancy Policy. If there are further openings on the wait list, we will then serve the low-income, very low-income, and extremely low-income applicants.
We do business in accordance with the Federal Fair Housing Amendments Act of 1988 and do not discriminate against any person because of race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status or national origin.

Waiting Lists
Most low income apartments have waiting lists. Some of these lists can take years until you can be called for openings. The key is to try to get on as many waiting lists as possible.
