Crystal Lakes Manor Senior Apartments Pinellas County Housing Authority Apartment Details

Crystal Lakes Manor apartments consists of 236, one-story, one and two bedroom garden-style apartments. We are a non-smoking property. Units are reserved for income-eligible residents who are 55 years of age and older. Housing Choice / Section 8 vouchers are accepted.

Each apartment requires a minimum $250.00 security deposit.
Pets under 20 pounds are permitted with a $75 non-refundable pet fee.
There is a $40 non-refundable application fee.

Crystal Lakes Manor is owned and operated by the Palm Lake Village Housing Corporation, a Florida corporation, and is managed by the Pinellas County Housing Authority.
