Grand Avenue Economic Community Development Corp. known at Pathlight HOME was incorporated in 1992 to provide affordable housing and economic opportunities for low income persons and especially the homeless in Central Florida.
Pathlight HOME has been providing affordable housing in Central Florida since 1996 and has grown from its initial 75 units to over 525 units in the community providing permanent housing for the homeless.

Permanent Housing costs an average of $5,500 annually to provide a decent living space.

Transitional Housing costs an average of $21,000 annually to provide a decent living space.

Crisis Housing (mental health housing, jail etc.) costs an average of $125,000 annually to provide a bed.
