Affordable Senior 55+ housing solution in Florida, where we have well-maintained one, two, and three bedroom apartments. 55+ means that at least one member of the household must be 55 in order to qualify. Fifteen of our units are not 55+, so if you don't qualify, check with management because there may be a non-55+ unit available.
