B Nai B Rith House Apartments is a low income apartment. B Nai B Rith is funded and subsidized through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). B'nai B'rith's goal is to offer safe, affordable, and comfortable housing for Seni and persons with a qualifying mobility impairment. Their most important goal is that all residents are able to live with dignity in a housing community that they can be proud of.
The B'nai B'rith Apartments is comprised of two buildings: B'nai B'rith House, an 11-story building with 150 apartments, and B'nai B'rith West, a 13-story building housing 120 apartments. The buildings are connected by a first floor, plant-filled corridor, which allows tenants to travel between the buildings without having to go outside.
