This affordable housing program is for individuals and families with moderate incomes allowing below market rents for those who qualify. The program is not a subsidized housing program as each resident is responsible for their full amount of rent each month. Ivy at College Parks first phase consists of 135 affordable family apartments in 10 residential buildings, with  the second phase comprising 200 family apartments. Located within the 200-acre College Park master plan area, Ivy at College Park is adjacent to the Chaffey College Chino Campus. The property consists of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and is GreenPoint Rated.
