Woodland Cove is a new community built in 2022-2023, located in Wareham, MA., Started accepting applications for lottery positioning on the waitlist.

Woodland Cove has 150 affordable housing opportunities (with income restrictions).

You must qualify for the affordable rental rates, your households gross annual income (amount before taxes are taken out) must be greater than the minimum and less than the maximum gross annual income (per number of household members) as required (call for an updated chart).

Rates & Income limits subject to change. Make sure you understand the income requirements for the various housing options before applying.

A utility allowance will be given for the tenant-paid electric.

Housing Vouchers are accepted and satisfy the minimum income requirement.

Section 8 and MRVP PBV Applicants must meet eligibility for subsidy assistance through DHCD and the program definition of homelessness.
